The long-drawn-out saga of “The Oklahoma Three” continues. The preliminary hearing for Rick Carpenter, Paul Jacob, and Susan Johnson has now been reset for Monday, November 17, in Oklahoma City.

We knew it was just a matter of time before Oklahoma Attorney General Drew Edmondson was going to seek another fix for his power-addiction. Today’s Tulsa World reports that Edmondson confirmed Wednesday “that he is getting closer to deciding to run for governor in 2010.”

Oklahoma’s largest newspaper blasted the Oklahoma Education Association in a Sunday editorial that called out the union for the nasty, undemocratic tactics the union used against the 2005 TABOR initiative.
