Our friend, Oklahoma State Sen. Randy Brogdon, defended the Oklahoma-3 and called on Attorney General Drew Edmondson to end their prosecution in his recent email newsletter. Brogdon also lauded the recently 10th Circuit Court ruling that called the residency requirement unconstitutional.

It’s a good feeling when one is proven right and it is especially good when the court makes a correct decision based on the Constitution…. Again the federal courts have agreed with “The Oklahoma Three” and have disagreed with Drew Edmondson three times.

It appears “The Oklahoma Three” received an early Christmas present and Edmondson got his well-disserved chunk of coal. Tis the season to do the right thing. Hopefully Edmondson will withdraw any further lawsuits and stop his
