Oklahoma AG will appeal 10th Circuit decision
December 23rd, 2008 by KathleenA spokesperson for the Oklahoma Attorney General’s office says the state will appeal this week’s 10th Circuit Court decision, which labeled Oklahoma’s residency requirement for petition circulators as unconstitutional, according to an article in the Journal Record. Charlie Price, Edmondson’s spokesman, said that the decision’s impact on the Oklahoma-3 case will be up to how the judge chooses to proceed.
